Paying Your Bills
Meters are read & billed monthly. We accept checks, cash, money orders, and credit and debit cards (online, by phone, and in the office). There will be a service fee for the use of cards. On 12/01/17 online payment has been updated. You will need to create a new profile.  We offer the following methods for you to pay your bill:

  • We need a completed application and a voided check from you.



Monthly Billing Information
  • Your account is billed on or about the 30th of each month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month a late penalty is added. After that, if payment is not received, "red" delinquent notices are mailed approximately on the 11th of each month. The cut-off date is noted on this card. If the past due amount is not received before the cut-off date, water is disconnected on that day. A reconnect fee of $50 and the past due amount must be paid before water can be reconnected.

  • There is a $25.oo fee for all returned checks. Any returned checks and fees must be paid in cash or money order within 5 business days of notice. Failure to do so places your account in delinquency and subject to disconnection.

  • A $25 non-refundable transfer fee is required for all new customers
